A snapshot of transformation work delivered as Marketing & Business Development Consultant for one of Qatar's leading QCB-licensed exchange houses (38 branches, 15+ self-service kiosks).

Lead a complete brand transformation redesigning the corporate logo, defining a refreshed visual identity system, and establishing brand usage guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint. Crafted a new positioning statement and brand narrative that repositioned Al Dar Exchange as a modern, customer-first financial services brand while honouring its established market heritage.

ALFARDAN EXCHANGE

Delivered as Senior Marketing Specialist for one of Qatar's leading exchange houses (2019-2021), including campaign work for global partners Mastercard and Western Union.

Developed photography concepts for the brand's visual communication and supervised execution end-to-end from creative direction and shot planning to production oversight - building a proprietary image library that gave campaigns, social content, and branch communication a distinctive, consistent visual identity beyond stock imagery.
